Hi, I'm Eddie Roberts
I'm the owner of InstallED Flooring & Home Services. You work with me from the first call through the final walkthrough.
I have been in the trades since high school, working for high-end building companies and installing high-end appliances. That work taught me what a finished job is supposed to look like: level, tight, and done right. I still hold the work to that standard.
Flooring is the core of the business. Most projects also include the work around it — decks, trim, doors, repairs, and the smaller jobs that show up once the floors are in. Transitions should be tight, trim should look like it belongs, and the house should be cleaner when I leave than when I arrived.
What I do
Four things, done properly, instead of a list of everything a website can advertise.
Flooring Installation
Hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, LVP, tile and carpet — subfloor prep, layout and final trim.
Deck Building
New decks, full replacements and tear-outs, with framing, railings, stairs and clean picture framing.
General Carpentry
Baseboards, casing, doors, built-ins, shelving and the trim work that makes a room look finished.
Repairs & Handyman
Squeaks, transitions, thresholds, board replacement and the small jobs most contractors won't touch.

You send a few details or call me directly. I ask what matters — room size, current floor, what's underneath.

Straight quote
You get a clear price for the work in front of you, with anything that could change it called out up front.

Prep & protect
Subfloor leveled and moisture-checked, furniture moved and covered, dust contained before a plank moves.

Install & finish
Layout, install, transitions, thresholds and trim — the details people notice a year later.

Walk-through
We walk the room together, I clean up the job site, and you know exactly how to care for the new floor.
